Drawing upon classic French and Mediterranean dishes, Head Chef Asu Liang allows his culinary imagination and artistry to delight guests. with a modern presentation style that strikes a sophisticated yet approachable note. Here, olive oil and butter, unexpected herbs and local produce find their way into delectable signature dishes including Lobster Thermidor: Boston lobster served on tempura eggplant, gratinated with béchamel sauce and gruyere cheese and sprinkled with black truffles.

SIGNATURE SEAFOOD TOWER
An impressive offering that is as comprehensive as it is large, Allure’s signature seafood tower brings the best of the ocean right to your table. This two-tiered appetizer is filled with fresh, hand-picked ingredients from around the world, including crabs, scallops, oysters, mussels, clams, snow crab legs, king crab legs, prawns and lobster. It’s served with cocktail sauce, spicy vinegar, yogurt dill, sherry vinegar and a house-made seafood dressing to complement all its natural flavours. 1.5KG TOMAHAWK STEAK
This massive cut is perhaps the biggest steak available in all of Shanghai’s five-star hotels. Sourced from Rangers Valley in Australia, this beefy offering comes from a specialized breed of Black Angus-Wagyu cattle raised by one of the world’s most respected premium beef producers. The result is a perfectly marbled, consistently tender steak that’s charcoal grilled to further enhance its naturally sweet, juicy qualities. Served with asparagus and traditional thick-cut French fries, it’s perfect to share between couples or even families.
CHEF JOE'S CHOCOLATE FLOWER POT
One of Allure’s most imaginative creations, this unique offering is a refreshing dessert inspired by Chef Joe’s son’s love of gardening. The sweet pastry is made with chocolate dust, three flavours of ice cream and fresh seasonal berries. Served on a simple wooden board and garnished with sprigs of mint, it will truly make you want to “eat dirt”.
